A gathering place for artists and art enthusiasts housed in Cheyenne's historic Van Tassel Carriage House, ​​recognized on the National Register of Historic Places.
As one of Wyoming's oldest, continuously operated artists associations, the Guild offers something special for both collectors and makers of art and hand-crafted items. The Guild is a great place to learn a new technique or medium, get creative feedback on your artwork, learn how to reach your creative potential or connect with other artists.

As a not-for-profit organization, the Guild supports the passion of more than one hundred regional artists and hundreds more avid art enthusiasts.

What's Happening

  • The April Show highligting 50 Shades of White is now open. The show features nearly 90 pieces from more than 30 artists. There are so many different shades of white to keep you looking. 
  • The Artist Reception is April 11 beginning at 1:30.  Come in to meet our artists. There might be a piece of art you would like to take home. 
  • Start creating for the next show " Plants, Flowers, and Botanicals". The show is a celebration of growth, renewal and the natural world. Botanical subjects may be realistic, stylized, or abstract.  Drop of is April 29-May 2.  
  • Creativity Workshop - The Artist's Way begins April 16 at 6:00 p.m.  Participation is limited to 10 participants, but advance registraion is required. Leran more here.

Check out the upcoming themes! The Guild's gallery shows are open to both members and non-members. Students, high school age and below, may enter one piece of art free of charge.  Get additional art prompts and learn more about the show requirements in the Artists Hub.
