The Cheyenne Artists Guild is a non-profit organization, currently the guild membership consists of more than one hundred persons and families. Established on May 19th,1949 the guild is Wyoming's oldest, continuously operational artists association.
The guild participates in a number of activities, such as the annual Kurz-Andrews Scholarship contest for high school seniors which is open to the public as well as members.
Every month the guild has a different themed show, not to mention our annual National show which was started back in 1970 as the "Seven State Regional Painting Competition'.
Our most recent show had entries from Hawaii to New York. Most of the shows have ribbon prizes and some of the elite shows have monetary awards. The best reward of all is being able to show one's work in such a beautiful gallery.
